Federal Budget 2012

The federal budget tabled by the Minister of Finance on March 29 included several proposed measures relating to the GST/HST and excise tax and also proposed Amendments to Various GST/HST Regulations. The “Notice of Ways and Means Motion to Amend the Excise Tax Act” is now Bill C-38.
