Gary is a die-hard Canucks fan and an avid sportsman. Recently he has discovered a new love – pickle ball and has toured to participate in tournaments.
Brian (BSc, CMA, CPA) worked for the ‘other side’ for about 35 years – with both the BC and federal taxation agencies, in their various permutations, including Revenue Canada, Consumer Tax Audit Branch (now CTB) and the Canada Revenue Agency. He knows tax departments’ procedures and has performed many audits.
He is happy to now use that knowledge for the benefit of LWA clients – recovering money in the opposite direction, from the government back to the organizations. Brian is an avid tennis player, an all around nice guy, and enjoys traveling the world.
Glen joined LWA in 2008, bringing with him over 30 years of knowledge and experience in provincial and federal tax recoveries. He has worked for both private and public firms prior to joining our team, including a wide variety of industries, such as pulp & paper, plastics, transportation, oil & gas, forestry and sawmills. Glen has also worked as a Consumer Tax auditor.
While he is a whiz with tax recovery and numbers, he is also a “hands-on” type of guy at home – he built the family home and does maintenance and most repair of their vehicles.
